Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the instrument in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective padding to ensure it arrives safely.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
