Seymour Duncan's JB Jr. SJBJ-1 packages the tone of Duncan's hugely successful JB humbucker into a single-coil-sized pickup. The polepieces are adjustable, allowing it to more closely emulate the magnetic field of a full-size humbucker along with controlling the string-to-string balance. While not as hot as Duncan's Hot Rails, the high-end response has been enhanced on the JB Jr. SJBJ-1. Strat players - with no modification to the instrument - can reap the benefits of a high-output humbucker with the JB Jr. SJBJ-1.
